Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United Electric E105-2BSB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Utc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carrier parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Uson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Utc such as the 105FINHAN5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HK05ZG002 manufactured by Carrier and we are pleased to be able to service most Carrier systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 430X300 by Manufacturer Uson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Uva Brand PULSEGENERATOR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Farrand such as 403X300G equipment made by Farrand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Farrand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Farrand" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G206L07D made by Usnr as well as the popular C774U10U228R001F original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSP672B by United-Technologies and 403X300G spares by Farrand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 44024101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Universal-Instruments.
